Does Pinnacle have a 1-800 phone number?

Pinnacle has asked that we do not post their number on the forum. Try csd@pinnaclesports.com . They are usually very fast to respond and if the situation warrants a call, they will oblige.

they have horse 800 number and sports 800 number bit no customer service you must E mail them to get numbers csd@pinnacle.com

along that same line of questioning, if you place a bet over the phone their website says you might be offered a "less attractive" line.

Can anyone confirm this to be the case and if so, how much less attractive is the line?

By less attractive they are referring to no reduced juice. eg. Lakers -8 -105 on-line would be Lakers -8 -110 over the phone.
