No problem, it is just a pet-peeve of mine. I try to get my info from search-engines whenever possible.

You can usually get your answer from Google in 20-30 seconds. Even if you can't find the answer, you've only wasted 20-30 seconds. Compare this to:

1) Asking a friend. Maybe they answer the phone, maybe they don't. Maybe they reply to email ASAP, maybe they don't. Maybe they know the answer, maybe they don't. And if they don't know the answer, they're probably gonna search Google (which you could've done in the first place!).
2) Posting on message boards. Same as asking a friend. Even if you get an answer, it could take several (or more) minutes.

It is like watching a football game, and then somebody asks "Hey, what's the score?" Moron, look @ the friggin TV...the score is right there in the corner!!!!!!!

Anyway, that's my rant for the today.

Holiday in Jamaica?

I requested an $800 payout early this morning.

I've heard nothing from Olympic about any such holiday and they've yet to honor my payout request.

Shitty customer service to say the least.

If they weren't paying out today it should have been posted on their site. In my mind, THIS IS A SLOW PAY situation.

I want my money Olympic!

Why would a holiday even affect this type payout?

sportsadvisory- Well said. Olympic is a solid book but they're not exactly the kings of customer service. The points you brought up show that. Very sloppy on their part. As usual.
