Kudos to 5dimes

I placed a bet on the Lynx (WNBA) at 5dimes today on their overnight lines, and they had them incorrectly listed as the Milwaukee Lynx. Then as soon as the overnight lines got replaced with the daytime lines they sent me this email...

They could have ignored it or waited until the complaints started rolling in to sort things out but they took the professional proactive step and sorted it out several hours before game time. Well done gentlemen, this is how it's done!

I've been with Five Dimes for about two months now. I agree, thus far they have been very professional and helpful. I particularly like their live help option and their overnight nickle lines.

If you open an account with them, there is one thing to note. Read the fine print on their 20% bonus. They automatically process the potential bonus on your first deposit, but if you send additional funds you have to tell them to qualify the additional funds for bonus potential. It is not done automatically. Also 5X rollover required. Overall, I am very happy with them as one of my outs.
