A while back, the man from North Dakota (I think was his home state) reported winnings to the IRS and was penalized by the state. Hey, I can't remember the details of it. But I do remember the article said he was moving to Ky. since they it was no big deal there.

Anyone here from Kentucky?
Thanks

Good stuff Dante, thanks.

How is this proposed law doing in the NJ jurisdiction?

I don't know who imposed the fine on him. But he DID MOVE (or so said the article to Kentucky).
Plus was fined a certain dollar amount. Maybe it was South Dakota--one of the Dakotas.

I wish I had a link to the article. The guy had won and reported something like 50,000 for the year in offshore sportsbook winnings. He ended up having to go to court and pay a fine in either North or South Dakota. (If memory serves me correctly he was a saleman of some type--I think cars--not sure about that). Anyway, he ended up quitting the job and moved to Kentucky to play offshore.

Hey Kentucky--Let's hear from ya! Used to be called the land of fast women and good looking horses!! LOL
I really want to know more.

Won't be long until Little Bush and Big Dick start calling every state that votes for them "God's Country"

Nevada is really God's country for a gambling lover. Maybe the big players don't like what they call "small limits" but they are to my way of thinking probably the same people that are never satisfied with much of anything.

I must have dreamed this Dakota to Kentucky story.
Bill, when all is said and done about politics and sports wagering; it's just that "far right wing of the republican party (the "religious right" that wants to stop others freedom--that I totally DETEST)
