Deion Sanders a real class act.
A settlement has been reached in the latest dispute involving repairs to a luxury car belonging to former Dallas Cowboys defensive back Deion Sanders. Dallas County Justice of the Peace Juan Jasso approved the settlement, which was reached out of court yesterday. On May 7, Jasso ruled that Ralph Castro, owner of All Pro Collision of Dallas, was entitled to $4,420 for repairs the company made to Sanders' 1985 Mercedes convertible. Jasso entered the order after the former All-Pro cornerback failed to appear for a hearing on the disputed repair bill. Castro's suit against Sanders was the second in two years filed by an auto repair service against Sanders claiming that he failed to pay for work. Last summer, a state district judge ruled that Sanders was not responsible for paying more than the $1,500 he had already paid for work done to a 1961 Lincoln Continental convertible.
