1) The USA networks are ruining hockey for us up here in Canada. Hockey Night in Canada at 4pm Eastern...what the Fu(k is that...Pisses me off....It is sunny outside & that is where I want to be during the day...not watching hockey at 4pm....What a bunch of fu(king idiots.

2) Flames Played Yesterday & are playing again today....Meanwhile Flyers series is always getting 2 days between games? Why is that?

It is ridiculous, May 17th Calgary at SJ at 10Pm yet they played yesterday?

meanwhile Flyers didnt play yesterday & they are not playing today?

Is this fair...should the rest between games not be equitable....

Alot of this has to do with the USA networks trying this AFTERNNOON hocky sh it. They figured it would be embraced in the states like afternoon football....what a bunch of floozies....

i remember not long ago when all playoff games were every night, and all on primetime. Sundays were good because in June, you can go to the beach all day and know that when you come back home, you've got a hockey game to watch, and you looked forward to it. NOT ANYMORE.. That sucks, I agree. What is this shit with the saturday and afternoon hockey games??? Hockey is made to play at night, not afternoons. It just don't seem right playing games in the afternoon. Plus, it makes our nights longer for us hockey fans with no game on tv. I want that tradition back like it used to be.

I am going to write a letter to Gary Bettman telling him i want it back the way it was in the good ole days.

sick, it is due to the NHL networks & was a big failure so I am sure we will see this corrected...

For us who have to suffer a long winter we should be allowed to cherish our warmer days...

ESPN bought the rights and now relegates the NHL playoffs to clearly 3rd class status. Yesterday's SportsCenter ought to show it all. They had highlights of the 2 NBA games and 8 MLB games, then they went back to analysis of the NBA games before having Boomer Berman do a bad French accent covering the game highlights about half hour into the show. Now come on, the most important game of the series and you bury it half-way into the show? Not to mention this is a series that ESPN will show every game of and did have a promo for. If you show the games but do almost no promotion for the sport what can you expect but mediocre ratings and coverage? I am beginning to think ESPN isn't expecting a season next year and is just deciding that practically ignoring the NHL is their new strategy.
