off topic need help

does anyone know how to scan a picture and have it regualr size so you can email it? i tried editing it, but it does not help

I don't know what you mean by "regular size."

In Adobe I reduce the picture size and resolution then transform the file into a .jpg or .gif image. I have a dial up connection so I know what a pain it is to send and receive large files.

If you're using Adobe Photoshop just scroll your mouse button back and forth then save it.

Or you can try croping the picture then saving it.

In adobe when you save it there is a level that you set it at for the actual KB size of the pic.
