Pinnacle is just the best! Wil, I'm with you on hitting Eddington. I got it on Thursday at +174 against Lion. Of course I didn't feel too good about it in mid-stretch but a head is a head.

VT - Nice job with the prop. Lion Heart was game but predictibly tired mid-stretch, our boy Eddy snuck under the wire to show. Strange how Rock Hard Ten appeared to run rank but still got up for an easy 2nd.

Surf - Not sure - waiting to hear Official winner from Pinnacle racebook. There were about 70 entires.

I considered betting Smarty to win the Triple yesterday when it was around 5-1, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I just can't see who is going to beat him.

VT - me neither, sure there will be a couple of speed balls entered by some trainers trying to burn SJ out (old common trick) just don't see it working. Well we have three weeks to hash the race over. Actually the story is a great thing for horse racing and the US itself during these rather tough times...

I took Eddington in the matchup but learned a lesson by not shoping a pinnacle first. Got very low price and damn sure wasn't a dime line.
