The Weatherman has changed the forecast now calling for thunderstorms in the afternoon for this saturday`s Preakness Stakes....

Its been summerlike here all week with late afternoon thunderstorms moving in late in the afternoons....

Its going to be touch and go for saturday, which probably means the storms will never arrive...the local forecasters LOVE to hype the weather around here...

I really think thats all there doing...

Jm,the Baltimore weather people are usually over optimistic when it comes to preakness weather.Therefore,expect a storm.Let's hope it happens early.Pimlico dries very fast.

Judge- its been July here this week , hazy hot, humid, with late day thunderstorm threats...you know the routine

All week long they`ve been telling us a cold front will be clashing with the warm air sometime this weekend...the closer it gets to saturday, it appears to be lessening...

Unless the storm hits right near race time, its now looking like less of a problem...

Originally the front was suppose to be an all day rain maker...
