Why has Olympic stopped carrying WWE?

I noticed that there were no lines posted this past Monday for the Raw matches, which Olympic has carried in the past. I called up to find out when the PPV odds would be out, and was informed that Olympic will not be carrying it anymore. I am quite disappointed, as I enjoyed making wages on the matches. Does anyone know why? Thanks in advance.

what if you are already a long time member of Olympic but dont need to put in $50 right now? can you still enter?

Entrant must make one deposit of at least $50 into his/her Olympic Sports Book account from 3:30pm Eastern Time May 11, 2004 through 5:00pm Eastern Time May 15, 2004 in order to qualify to win.

No offense Chris but why not give away cash a gift card is nice but I am sure players would much rather have cash
