This domain is owned by the same guy that owns spreads.com. They seem to be operating from the same location as spreads.com (and betcbs).
There was some problem with spreads.com and neteller a month ago, that was apparently resolved.

I recommend searching the forum for other threads about "spreads.com", and seeing what others have to say. Most likely anything good/bad the applies to spreads will also apply to bet22.
