Spurs 1H, lowest juice. Some habits stay with teams and the Lakers are notorious slow starters. Went 2-3 ATS vs. Rockets, 1-3 now vs. Spurs. And you are talking big leads at the half, 10+. So they are 3-6 ATS 1H. On the flip side, the Spurs are 3-1 first series, and again 3-1. 6-2 ATS 1H. All wins double digits? 4-0 ATS at home. Jusy my humble opinion, the Spurs will come out with energy unseen the last few games. Listless Lakers vs. fired up Spurs. Last game in SA, Spurs were up by 20+ 1H. Not sure after half as Lakers have owned 3rd Q. Spurs dominant 4Q at home. Prefer to quick start, with recent track histories. Best Wishes...OF
Oddsmakers seem to agree with Spurs strong 1st half start. 1st half line (+3+ and some +3.5) is unusally high coupled with a solid -5 game line. Normally you'd see some 2.5's with the 5 pt spread but it's tilted the other way. Must be a lot of people thinking like you. It makes sense but I don't particularly like laying the extra juice or half point. I'd prefer to just bet extra on -4.5 and middle some out at halftime possibly.
