If freerolls are what u want they are decent... traffic is about avg... say a 1000 players online... most of their freerolls are for seats in a 1000 dollar tourney on Sunday (might have kicked it down to just $500). So even if u win 2nd out of 1000 players during the week u dont really win anything yet. Modeled along the same lines Poker Stars freerolls.

Better freeroll options would be the Prima Poker network of sites, JetSet Poker or PokerWorld (real new, Olympic's site, super low traffic but that actually helps in winning their generous freerolls).
