Is Rio giving away free 50 $ to everyone now?

was just wondering when reading the contest rules for Friday again:

If nobody is able to win this contest, Rio will give a free $50.00 betting account with a 4x rollover as a conso prize.

and for Saturday it means:
Rio will give away a $100.00 conso prize to who comes closest, and a $50.00 prize for second place.!!

I could be wrong.

I think they meant closest to the final, but im just guessing here

The consolation prizes are awarded to the contestant(s) coming closest.

How is closest determined ? It seems there could be some variables involved, for example does it start with picking winning side ?

Lets say A beats B 100-99. One guy has B 100-99, another has A 103-99, Who wins ?

Not only that but what if one poster has Sacto 101-84 and another Sacto 95-90. Actual final score: Sacto 98-87.
