Personally, I think the +250 looks damn good. You are getting the top 10% or so of the field. Lot of jokers and waana-be's in this year. Don't overestimate the probability of an "unknown" winning it again.

I haven't seen the players "not in the field" but it seems like there may be some value here. It's pretty tough to get through a large poker tournament no matter how good you are. That is why we'll likely never see a player like Stuey again (winning the Big One many times). The fields are ENORMOUS now compared to the number of guys you had to beat back then.
