Need Help Picking book for a friend

My friend wants to send $1000 to a book and asked me which he should choose. He has only played with locals and wants to give offshore a shot. He is looking for the best combination for the following:

safety
bonus
ability to call in as well as bet on internet
reduced juice

Doesnt have to be all of the above, but the best combination. I'm not sure who to recommend and was looking for a few ideas

I just read a great crime novel by Anne Rule called Bitter Harvest. Just kidding. IMO, there are many great books to choose from. Our forte at the rio international group is the free half point. Pinnacle's angle is 105 juice with high limits. Other books specialize in great props, great horses, and high bonuses. It really depends on what you are looking for. Personally, I like to play at a minimum of 5 books in order to shop for the best numbers, and to extricate the most value possible out of each book. IMO, you hear a lot of badmouthing about certain books, but overall, there are many, many quality books out there that are the home to hundreds of thousands of happy customers.
