they do it. they are dang fast too.
less than 2 hours after request all by email no phone calls. i kept asking for instructions to see what i needed to do and got no response. finnaly i just emailed my acc# the ammount requested who i was and where i wanted it sent. and that got that ball rolling. thier WU OUT fees are not as good as olympic's though, but nobody's are. about the same CRIS would charge.
