Who else thinks that their life is worthy of putting down on pen and paper? I always thought that my life would make interesting reading and why?

Boris..im 100% sure fish-macs life in a book would sell...just the gambling stories alone over his long years doing it would be a seller.

Would venture to guess that a vast majority of the autobiographys of RX posters would be best seller material.

But would they be in the fiction or non-fiction section? That is the question

To write a successful autobiography you need to either be famous or exaggerate heavily to appeal to peoples' desires IMO. It would have to look like the images of mass advertising -- you know, big bucks, big action, big smiles, big laughs and of course, plenty of sex. I don't think anyone's life consists of ONLY this stuff and I think everyone's life contains SOME of this stuff, so the only thing that matters is the imagination of the person writing the book, not the actual life of the person it is about. That's my 2c donation to the Borat Fund anyway.

My life has featueed all of those things prominently. It's just that it's also featured painful rectal itches, run-ins with the authorities, the time I went up to this smoking chick in a bar and belched when I opened my mouth to talk to her, the infamous and regrettable incident of breaking my own nose (long story but no one else has ever smacked me so hard as I have myself) etc. What I need is a good editor, one with a feel for the reading market.
