Finger Lakes Bettor Names Sportbooks That Are STIFFING Him.

Gold Medal Sports=STIFF...The bettor is now being told Jake is on vacation.

betus.com=STIFF...Does this place pay anybody that wins?

First Fidelity=STIFF...Not surprised. Caught them in a few lies when I was thinking about opening an account with them. RED FLAG!

Oasis Sportsbook=STIFF...Continues the lie about Las Vegas not paying. Memo to STIFF book: Las Vegas is tied into the pari-mutual pool, all bets have been paid.

Global Wager=STIFF...Not only are they not paying but are going to close his account and keep his deposit.

Empress Sportsbook=STIFF...says the race was fixed, suspends account, tells bettor to call back in 30 days.

Sportbook.com=STIFF...bettor says they have suspended his account and are affiliated with Empress Sportsbook.

Note: The bettor mistakenly says Sportsbook.com in his original post. It actually is Sportbook.com. This STIFF book is affiliated with SBG Global who also STIFFED The "Shrink" awhile back.

Ive been on record for 5 yrs saying Freddy Harris of Fidelity is a lying scumbag. The cold calling is annoying, but the scammimg and lying is not acceptible. I will personally make sure that XTRA sports radio doesnt take advertising from them in the future.

I'm finally taking your advice. I'm out of first fidelity after 9 years! You won't hear me praising these guys anymore! Actually Nate Evans was cool with me the past couple years! And I NEVER had any problems other then a few cold calls!Looking forward to seeing the other no pay books! I understand the books point of view of thinking this race was fixed! A maiden 7200 claimer, a first timer and 500$ here and there , would love to KNOW the total amount placed on this horse by this guy and his partner! They honored the bets they should pay!Why these books take small tracks I'll never know! How much do you figured he wagered on He's Vivid, total???

These guys booked the bets. Say Vid dropped the jock off getting in tight early. Mr.Jones and company go to the offshore jerkys claiming foul play. Books say tough luck. We go by the official results. Beat it.

Those who cheat and steal from others, all pay a price whether dealt with or not. They pretty much have to go through life with their head on a swivel. Because one of these times they just may F the wrong person.

i understand they do call it gambling, been doing it for 32 years now! Just wondering what his average bet was before this shit happened! Did he bet heavy all the time or just this particular race?? He should be payed I agree cause anyone who books a 500$ bet from Finger Lakes or any other SMALL racetrack should have their head examined!

JFS, I don't know the people at all. Don't even really know the track. Though I did grow up around south Louisiana 'anything goes' racing. Sounds like they figured they had a good shot. And decided to run with it. I'm biased. I'll take the players side just about every time. The Books make all the rules. They need no help.
