Pedro never needs to go past the 7th inning this year. With the Boston pen pitching like it is, unless he has a no-hitter going, Francona needs to yank Pedro early.
Rob - good point, same for Schilling, he never should have walked out for that 8th inning (hindsight I know), he had thrown over 125 pitches. I was really shocked when he came out for the 8th in Toronto.
