I don't even know how to play Texas Holdem, but would participate anyway.
I'm looking forward to this weekend. It will be my first trip to Vegas...I expect to be able and come for 5 nites and will need lots of local guidance.

I'm thinking its the style they play on most of these Poker shows on TV lately, but am not for sure.

Would like to see a handicapping contest of some sort. At that time of year horses will be the most logical.
Would be nice to have a humorous awards ceremony for posters with a few gag gift prizes.
I'm always a fan of a tequila fountain and of course, what would Vegas be without a few random strippers.
In addition to the poker tourney, a blackjack tourney might be a nice addition as well.

Already suggested this last year, a fun, friendly basketball game.Heck, maybe even softball. Angelle was even going to go as far as to find an indoor court to rent last year, but it fell though. I don't want to hear from you guys how old and out of shape you are, it's all for fun, and there would be plenty on each team to take up each others slack when we get tired. Can you imagine the endless memories and laughs we would have from something such as this to share and joke with each other from now on, on here........
Dante, I just think some kind of sporting event that all can participate in will just give us all so much more to remember and share on here. Even softball would work.......Journeyman owning the boards and rebounding, boxing everyone out. General hitting his underhanded granny shots. Fish backhanding the ball at shortstop and gunning Borat out who runs like a snail.........
Take TWO five-team basketball teams and take TWO cabs from the Nugget to Sunset Station or Green Valley Ranch and enjoy a the best casionos in town and then around 8-9 pm take a cab to Sunset Park and play a little 5 on 5 for an hour or so and then hail another cab and comeback downtown.
All total, the cab ride will cost you about $15 a piece ($75 split 5 ways for each cab), but it will be well worth it.
Get out and see the OTHER Vegas.
