I am still waitin to get my 4.5 inning wager on the White Sox graded. they have a horrible cs. I emailed them a couple of times today - neither a response nor a graded wager. Man, I never heard of a book grading so slow !!!!!! Check it out yourself. They are currently running a 25 Dollar Promo. Sign up, add Promo and they give you free 25 n/d. Then bet on a 4.5 innings line and wait days until the wager will be graded. What a joke!!!!!!

That could be the case and confirm the rumors i heard. Apex is in negotiations with some RUSSIAN investors. Why the hell russians. That does not look good.

I inquired and wasn`t impressed with the weak customer service...I don`t understand how these type books drop the ball when it comes to treating people right...How do they expect to get off the ground with poor customer service?

Maybe they pay just fine, but be efficient when dealing with customers, first and foremost...

i have an accout there. Ive never been up cash as it turns out so I have nothing to say about speed of payment.

however, via EMAIL the guy has always answered my quesitons in amazing speed. Like the guy is always monitoring his EMAIL. Very helpful never a delay.

Ive sent him asking about golf MAtchups, rollover stuff, and other stuff and have always been given an answer.

They are a small book but they do pay. They do grade late, if you need the cash available try something ancient??? pick up the phone.

No way to run a book but I am sure they are not too concerned about their free accounts. They should be since they are offering them but you really dont have a REAL GRIPE since you didn't post up YOUR money. Just be glad you learned about them prior to depositing your hard earned money.
