you seem pretty knowledgeable in VP.

I am in a BJ, VP and slot tourney coming up in the end of may. they combine all the points and chip totals at the end of the trip.

would you have any recommendations for the VP part? Do the high paying hands hit more often like that of a slot tourney? should i go for the higher paying hands more often, ie. 2 or 3 to the RF?

any infor helpful.....thanks

Very tough to answer your question with the small amount of data you supplied.

If I knew the EXACT format of the tournament and the machines, believe I could be of a fairly good source of information for you.

My only recommendation to you currently is to just play as close to perfect strategy as you can on the video poker machine.

I have been in quite a few slot and video poker tourneys and I really wish I knew more about the exact rules of your tournament so I could be of more assistance.

But more times than not, you will be playing basic perfect strategy in these type of contests.

Good luck!

i wish i knew more about the tourney.

i nkow the first day is BJ. the second is VP and then slot

i was just in the slot tourney, and everyone was hitting red, white and blue like a MF'er

i was just wondering if the VP machines are as loose during the slot tourneys

did you notice anything looser about the VP machines when you played in them?

thanks

99.9% positive your VP will not be looser as you say.

They will be NORMAL VP machines, which are machines that are just like you and another person playing cards and the results determined on your strategy.........just like ALL video poker machines are regulated to be like in Las Vegas.

The slot machines on the other hand are usually set to return WELL OVER 100% return. They could be astronimacally high. In part, this is to make some people believe they are this easy on the actual casino floor......which of course they are not.
