I read across the street that they would do themselves no favor by winning tonight and I agree. I am a big NBA follower and if they win they get Detroit and if they lose they get an injury plagued NJ squad. There is no comparision to the quality of the teams right now. If you doubt it look at the future odds. Agreed that is helthy NJ is formibable, but they are not and even if they were not the team Det is. I don't know how they will play it, but as a realist they have to know it is to there advantage to lose. For the record I am not a big fan of tanking for playoff position. GL2U

Randy doesnt this also depend on what NY does tonight? they might want to lose for same reason....looks to me like NY is 1 game behind NO, which means they play NJ right now....so they would have to win, then NO lose for NO to get the Nets.....I think the better bet might be against the knicks tonight....

Line isn't out yet, but you can bet that Miami despite lesser record, and lacking the vets or experience of Hornets, will be favored slightly, due to beating them this year and their 17 of 21 close to season.

Miami over NO..Medium Play..regardless of any price under 1.50 either way.
