( This is about Miguel Cabrera) - This kid in unbelievable. Big part of the Marlins WS win last year and he already has 5 dingers this year! This guy is only 20...can't wait to see the numbers he has at the end of the year.

Oh yeah, and the Marlins still kick ass.

As a dedicated Fish fan, I am encouraged by their hot start. The keys to this season will be 1) keeping Lowell's elbow healthy
2) Having that fine pitching rotation stay healthy (remember Beckett still hasn't pitched a full season
3) Shoring up the shaky bullpen
4) The X-factor: AJ Burnett

If AJ can come back by June or July and push Oliver to the pen. Tejera makes it back up, we have our lefty strength. And if we are in contention Trader Jack will swing for a decent setup man.
Of course, Met fans will tell you Armando could blow up in our face as well.

It would also be nice to see Trevor Hutchinson pull a Dontrelle this year.

Okay, so tonight goes to Dontrelle. 4 shutout innings so far, 3 for 3 at the plate including a 3 run homerun! Willis is 6 for 6 at the plate so far this year. Go fish!

Ya gotta believe Dontrelle will be included on the All Star ballot this year. Last year he was left off the ballot by MLB. and unfairly left off the All Star team by manager Dusty Baker. This year the NL All Stars will be managed by Dontrelle's own Jack McKeon.
