Important notice for Betpanam's players

Good morning everyone.

Since the positive outcome of operation “Betpanam’s payday” I have been receiving numerous new assistance requests.

To expedite procedures and allow me to act on behalf of individual players I need to have a signed proxy from each individual player.

Please note that the proxy text clearly says the following :

“The proxi holder is not entitled to collect funds or cash on my behalf. All payments shall be executed in favor of the undersigned.”

Without this document I may not proceed and file the claim. All pending assistance requests shall therefore send the signed proxy before I can act.

I hereby invite all players seeking assistance to please follow instructions to save my time and expedite their collection efforts.

As of now, apart of the current 4 complex cases that need a personalized follow up, I will no longer entertain correspondence with players who are simply seeking general information .

I am sorry for having to go this way but would rather invest time in getting situations sorted out instead.

Roberto: I read your message a few times, I don't get the general information statement.

Is it still possible to sign-up for help/ proxy ?

I've about given up on Panam, I'd be shocked if I ever get paid !

I think he's saying to write that on a piece of paper, sign it, and send it to him. Then he can (and will) help you.

Doug,

Good point. I thought he said that somewhere else but I can't seem to find it either. In fact it also isn't clear to me what else you need to include on that proxy statement.

Good evening everyone.

I may assist players who have NOT entered into the agreement with Betpanam and therefore have received no money.

If a player has already entered a direct agreement with Betpanam and has received a partial payout they will have to follow thru with Betpanam only, unless Betpanam fails to make good on second installment.

Players who do not fall under that category may contact me at roberto@robertocastiglioni.com . I will send them the text of the proxy which they must complete in its blank parts, sign it, scan it and return it to me via email.

As a general update I have had 4 new players receive a partial payment and one player receive a full payment over the weekend.

This brings the grand total of "Panama's payday" operation to 7 full payments and 23 partial payments.

Wow, good job! I feel sorry for the players who caved in to those motherfvckers. It looks like sticking it to 'em was the best strategy. Keep up the great work
