Taking into consideration my ENTIRE LIFETIME of gambling......would answer YES to 19 of them.

The only one I would answer NO to would be.....

Have you ever committed, or considered committing, an illegal act to finance gambling

Never did have all that many yes answers to this. But had my fair share I guess. Now I have fewer than ever. My most definite yes today according to this test is a reluctance to use my bankroll for normal expenditures. This is a problem? My dad taught me the importance of building a bank account.

Questions such as "must return as soon as possible" or "strong urge to return" are not relevant and do not apply anymore win or lose.

The sun comes up. I return. Simple as that. I need not win back all my losses and I need not get rich today or ever for that matter.

Bottom line is according to this test I do not qualify as a compulsive gambler. I guess I have progressed to something else whatever that may be. Happy Easter!!!

Thank you Fish my friend. Modesty does not allow me to claim such a status. However, seldom do I question your judgement in these matters sir.

Have a nice Easter today and we will convene at the usual time and place later in the week.

NOW IT IS 4

BACK IN THE DAYS OF WIN AND ROSES, PROBABLY 20.
Stopped gambling for 5 years after a turn for the worse and now play for enjoyment.
Money is not needed and will never return to the days of yesterday.

Life is too short.
This is FUN and nothing more and nothing less.

That is why I am probably so much better of a capper now than ever.

Happy Holidays Everyone!!

If you got the cash to pay your debts, then you have no problems or worries.

Simply, do not get in over your head.

The DSM-IV, used by psychiatrists to diagnose mental disorders has this caveat at the bottom of their diagnosis for pathological gambling:

Must be distinguished from professional gambling, risks are limited and discipline is central.

So you could say yes to all 10 but if you make money its OK
