All I got today was this shit email saying my intitial payment of $2500 would be reduced to $500, and I had to agree to pull my complaint AGAIN, which I already did last week:

"Dear Customer, some of you know that I have been acting on behalf of BetPanAm and the shareholders of BetPanAm to resolve various outstanding withdrawal requests.

I had reached out on behalf of the shareholders in an attempt to obtain an indication of interest regarding an agreement beneficial to both parties.

To all those who agreed in principle and/or sent back the draft agreements with positive responses, I truly appreciate your gesture.

Two things occurred since that effort was initiated. The check did not arrive on Tuesday, March 30, but in fact arrived on Thursday and was placed in the bank on Friday, April 2.. Not until yesterday, Wednesday, April 7, were these funds made available. Unfortunately, since the time from which I originally reached out to you (as stated above on the request of the shareholders), several more accounts have initiated withdrawal requests or taken other measures to obtain their funds. This placed the shareholders in a position of having to revise their offer so that as many accounts as possible could get something from this latest cash infusion.

I have been in this business for years. The sum of the account balances is small relative to what I have seen. It is an amount I believe can be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties within acceptable timeframes. Understandably as well, if I were an individual account holder and I wanted some or all my money today, I would expect it today.

There are dozens of accounts that are effected by our situation and it is truly an impossible task for me to take at this time all the daily calls and equally difficult to reply to e-mails individually. I’m here to assist in creating resolutions and to seeing them through as best as I can within the parameters I’m given by the shareholders.

I have been mandated to offer the following:

Any account holder whose balance is between $0 and $1,000 and has a request for payment on file will be sent $250.

Any account holder whose balance is between $1001 and $2,500 and has a request for payment on file will be sent 20% their of their valid account balance with a minimum payment being $250.

Any account holder whose balance is between $2,501 and up and has a request for payment on file will be sent $500.

To do this we must receive back a confirmation of agreement to the following conditions.

If any of you have filed a complaint with the Panama Gaming Commission, we ask that you agree to temporarily suspend your complaint for 30 days. You do not forfeit any claims you may have against BetPanAm, you only give us the breathing room needed to achieve a next step towards resolutions.

All I need is a, “Yes” from you via e-mail and we will process the payment. Note: I have a limited amount of funds available and as I get confirmations of acceptance of this agreement we will process the appropriate payment amounts. Once this batch of available funds is exhausted I will e-mail you that this offer is no longer available until the next cash infusion is received. I have been informed that further infusions are in process but until that money has been credited in our accounts, please, understand we are all in a holding pattern.

For those who get an agreement in before this supply is gone, here are the details of processing these funds.

In the case of Neteller, these payments will be launched within 24 hours. In the case of funds sent be any other means, these funds will be on the way to you no later than Tuesday, April 13.


Folks, it is the hardest thing in the world for a person like me who has been around the block in this business to find myself on this end of a this particular situation. And it is understood that the same experience applies to each one of you. Please, understand that those of us who have remained here are determined that accounts who are legitimately owed get all their money. Unfortunately we still have a few accounts with pending issues that are awaiting final resolutions. You know who you are in that regard. This group is a handful at most. The vast majority of accounts are clean and considered legitimate.

Please, carefully consider the intention of the gesture and request brought forth in this document.

I got that same email and i never filed a complaint. Roberto are you talking everybody or just the people that sent you a proxy? I haven't gotten anything and my balance is "only" $1,100.

not for nothing, but it appears that BECAUSE of Roberto I am getting f*cked out of $2k. Since his group supposedly applied more pressure his group got more money, and I get to split a smaller share.

And people wonder why no one else, namely Ken, didn't want to get involved in this mess. You just can't win dealing with issues like this. I commend Roberto and anyone who takes action, but it is quite clear that no matter how hard he works to make things happen there will always be someone not happy with it. That is just the way these messy book endings have always been and always will be. If one guy gets his money before the other guy, the guy that gets paid later blames someone else. I mean I don't blame anyone for being mad here, but I just point this out to all those that wondered why no one else flew down there or did anything beyond what was done. It truly is a no-win situation no matter who is involved.

I did sent the proxy to Roberto, but I wasen´t paid any of my 8417 last night. I have absolutly no idea why I haven´t recieved any money.

I´m glad that some of you did recieve money from Pan am today, I wish it was me...

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY OUT OF PANAMA, TRUST ME ON THIS.
