Bring it on fellas...I can take it.

I was contacted by Webster`s Dictionary, they have decided the term "Journeyman thread" is now going to be an official term in their new edition, definition; "a forum topic that has no real meaning, lacks substance, gets viewed and responded to by many for no reason whatsoever"

I see this at forums all the time now..."You could be another "Journeyman" with that useless topic" or at another forum (one I didn`t even know existed til a week ago,lol) a guy was talking about this guy and saying "we don`t need a "Journeyman" type poster here"... or over at Peeps especially...the boys in Peeps Peanut Gallery , take a shot at me here, then run back to Peeps to post a whole thread about how they really 'stuck it to me' lol....
So keep the hate posts coming 'its all good' afterall it is the offseason, I guess this is how its going to be again this spring...for a guy that never posts anything of substance (like 95% of all forum material all over the internet BTW) I will enjoy the term "Journeyman thread" forever more. Kinda cool being known as the useless thread Poster Boy...

J-Man,

I find most of your topics quite interesting and refreshing since they usually belong in the "philosophy" category. It's a good thing IMO to rise above the everyday grind and look at the big picture.

I just got the same "lack of love" feeling with my Hollywood thread but I thought about it overnight and I realized that it's just human nature to not post anything if you agree with something but post if you disagree. So just because 60% of the posts are negative it doesn't mean that the readership consensus is negative. The number of views usually says a lot but it does so rather quietly.

If I were you I'd just keep doing what you're doing and just accept the human nature element with the unbalanced feedback. I for one enjoy (most of) your threads.

J~Man, keep the "alternative" threads coming my friend. As I've said in the past, if someone has a problem with others creating and discussing topics other than gambling now and then;then they very likely have a problem and should look into calling GA..........

I like to see diverse opinions and while many may not be worthwhile, I welcome all views. Journeyman sometimes you go way out there, but at times so do I.
