How to answer wife... How much won /lost ?

I have my straight bets, some undecided. I have NHL series bets, I have no hole in one at Masters at -302 , or so, I have Olazabal at 160:1, and other futures.

I don't have the ability to place an exact figure on my win/loss for day.

what can I tell wifey bitch ?

I can't even answer it myself !

I can tell if it was a good day or not. but exact figures are difficult.

Say you'll tell her as soon as the laundry is done, the dishes are clean, the bathroom is spotless and the shopping list is ready making sure to note prices and with the most economical brands and package sizes of the products.

I have found that with my old wife who died from an accident in a field that this is by far the best answer you can give. You are not lying and she thinks that you are being honest if you answer fast and then change the subject in a smooth manner.

Wow.. you guys are mean! Not even married 3 years and it's "wifey bitch" already? "mind your own fukking business."? How much did you spend and save on cleaning products?

Now I don't know if she is being a nag or just trying to show interest in your "hobby". I think most women know better to ask when a guy is walking around slamming drawers and kicking pets. A vein pulsating in the forehead is another good indicator of "don't ask". On the other hand, from a wife point of view, if you have been slapped on the ass 4 times in 10 minutes and subject to more than 2 chorus's of "we're in the money", that would indicate permission to ask.

Another factor, if duct tape and rubberbands are repair aids for more than 3 appliances in your house "just until the Bruins clinch this series".. maybe she has a right to ask?

ps, The correct answer is to tell her it is bad luck to talk about. Then if you lose you can blame her.
