easiest money transfer for newbies?

I have a couple of friends that would like to get into the online poker thing. They have never dealt with offshore before. I am assuming their credit cards won't work (hopefully they will)

What is the easiest way to transfer money...they don't want to open up neteller, link a bank account, etc. Too much hassle and too complicated for them. Fees for some other services are too expensive, because they would only be going in for $20-$100 to start.

Any easy solutions to this issue?

Do any of the money transfer services accept almost all credit cards and have small fees?

Deposit via Western Union, and then open up a Neteller account and withdraw your winnings into your Neteller account and then they are good to go from there.

Then they can move their money around from one shop to another via Neteller and should never need anything else.

Then have their NETELLER account certified, and they can do EFT'S withdrawls directly to their bank checking account that arrives in less than 48 hours and is totolly free of charge.

MOST EVERYONE ON THIS FORUM SHOULD EASILY BE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH NEVER PAYING ONE CENT FOR DEPOSITS OR WITHDRAWLS OUT OF THEIR OWN POCKET.
