Would have to side with the NBA West, maybe even by a landslide.
The top teams in the NHL WEST at least have a shot at winning the Cup, where as in the NBA East, they have basically no shot.
Plus, when the Knicks, Hornets, Heat, and Celtics can make the playoffs, thats pretty sad!
