Pino and I worked it all out and the player's money will be on the way soon!! The player was very patient and understood it may take some time to get it resolved, he never once complained. I like when things work out for guys like this, happy we could come through again for a player.

As far as Pino though we did not agree on every single detail it was much easier to deal with him than I would have guessed. Often from real life to the internet you miss a lot in the transition. Pino came off as very passionate in his quest to enforce his rules but also as very reasonable. In the end Pino still feels he may have been correct about the player but agreed that even with the slightest doubt it would be right if he paid the player. We both probably got angered at one time or another in this process but was able to shake hands and get this thing done. I really wanted to resolve it because this started out as a nice gesture offered from Pino in a bail-out plan. I did not want this to be a black mark on anyone because the player came to Pino through the bail-out program. Glad it got resolved. Safari is after recreational players and is in the process of updating their rules even more precisely to indicate this. Hats off to you Pino for resolving this issue, best of luck down the road.

Pat I can't fault someone who works as hard as you do. This obviously was no easy case. This happens to be one of the more public cases, but I am sure you do other work that doesn't get commented on.

We haven't always got along, but no reason to hate on you or the RX just because I don't always agree.

Wow, I am very surprised, Pino seemed like a stubborn bastard. Maybe I was wrong about the guy....but I still wouldn't play there

They still bullied the player WAYYYYY to much for my liking.

Laker - probably a bad attempt at humor on my part, I was kidding around. I know how you feel about me and if I remember my PM to you correctly it is probably justified. We all have our bad days, some more than others. I have found though it takes more effort to try and win someone over than it does to just to be yourself and go on doing what you do. I have begun to sprout detractors since I got here, LOL. I like this saying though I don't remember who said it first....

Amongst criticism a man can neither protest nor defend himself; he must act in spite of it and then it will gradually yield to him.

You don't always see the yielding part but it makes for good incentive to do what you think is right anyway.

Yeah, I think we are still a world apart on a lot of things, but I will continue to post positive feedback toward those who get things done and help others; whether it is you or anyone else and whether they care what I have to say or not.

Can't ask for more than that from anyone Laker. You are respected here and in the BR you used to belong to so we love to hear your opinions, good and bad. Thanks for the comments in your first post by the way.

Good to hear. Too bad you had to beat him over the head for so long to get him to do the right thing.

Nice to see this guy getting paid, but hell would freeze over before I sent Safari a dime of my money.

Good work Pat.
Classy reply.
The smart people understand how you have handled this and how you are working to get the player paid.

Its obvious to anyone that you work hard on these situations.
Respect is due.

May be someone know. SafariCasino.com and SafariLodge.net have the same management? (have the same software and the same financial system). I need some contact info with SafariLodge.net. (e-mail support and live support ignore my questions) I withdraw $250 on 16.06.2003 and I can’t receive my money. Please help. Thx.

It's a problem with SafariLodge.net? I don't think they are connected to Pino's business, might be a FutureBet company though. I don't know, I will have to check. E-mail me all the pertinent stuff like your name and account #, plus who if any you have spoken with so far. If you have a phone number handy that will help me as well. Be happy to look into for you.
