Attention betpanam players

I have just had a long conversation with Panama's Gaming Commission Officials.

Whoever accepts the deal Betpanam has been proposing lately will lose the right to renew the complaint for the same account at a later time with the Gaming Commission.

It is my understanding that betpanam is well aware of this juridical twist and it is using it to its best benefit.

Players are warned : you take the deal, you lose your right.

Furthermore : I have learned a very good reason for which the complaint should remain in place, and will be handling this personally on site next week.

I will keep you updated on further interesting developments on this incredible story.

The commission should take into consideration that betpanam lied to it's players about the fact that they could refile the complaint.

Does the commission have the emails that panam sent out?

Didn't panam also call people on the phone?

does panama have wire/mail fraud laws?

My advice to all players who have been forced under practice of deception to enter into the agreement with betpanam should immediately report the incident to the Panama Gaming Commission , voiding the agreement and enforcing thier right, under Panamian laws , to be immediately paid in full.

I accepted the deal...However they said they will pay us (players) half of our balance this week - as in the contract.

So Chester can't be trusted, is that what you're saying Roberto? What is his connection to Royal Sports? He says he founded Royal? True?

Chester is one of Royal's founders. He was partially bought out in 2001 and pushed out of the Company due to personal problems. He was then completely bought out in 2002.

thanks robert, I took the deal was promised 1/3 by today no money or email response from pan am. Was also promised that if the conditions were not met I could refile.

They've been promising me a payout for about 2 months now. I did receive $500 out of the 15 dimes I'm owed about 2 months ago but for the last 6 weeks I've just been getting the runaround.

Good job Roberto. It seems like you are doing more than any forum owner or mod out there. Actions speak louder than words. Funny just a few days ago some "bootlickers" here were saying the deal is promising and etc. I smelled a skunk after reading the first few sentences of the bribe deal.

Ivan, don`t you get what Roberto is saying?

They will tell you anything so you withdraw your complaint.
Once withdrawn you can`t re-file so betpanam will just laugh at you and you will probably never see a penny.

Its one thing for a book to shut down and go broke but this scam is way beyond that.

At this stage the book has lied so many times I would not believe a word they say about anything.
Also why is it when people email Lizzy Rose they rarely get a reply.
What kind of official body would not reply to complaints even if its a form email.

I may be totally wrong here but my feeling is that Lizzy Rose = Betpanam.
Both using delay tactics as well as ignoring emails.

This whole thing is sick, OK so you are broke.
It happens, but why phuck people over on the way out the door unless you are trying to pull some kind of scam.
I really feel for those with money in Panscam.
Hope I am wrong about miss Rose and you guys get paid.
