With all the money being made its impossibe now days to allow such a injury risking competition...

I remember Bob Seagram being a champion at this and Kyle Rote Jr. and Lynn Swann was the obstacle course king...It would be fun to see the athletes of today go head to head since they are so much greater athletically...

A guy like Allen Iverson , how would he fair against say Preist Holmes...Or Kobe Bryant matched up against Sammy Sosa...I think the Superstars event would be very entertaining in this era...Its a shame it can`t happen...

Who in your opinion would have what it took to win the Superstars Competition these days...

I'll never forget the old tug of wars the Steelers and Cowboys and Steelers and Vikings used to have.

Jman-

I think they still have this competition or something like it. Sehorn won it 2x in a row a few years back and as I recall the most recent competition had a skier either win it or do very well, I can't remember if Herman Maier or Bode Miller was the skier.

Ahman Green competed along with a few others.

Yeah Sehorn won twice and wasn't some "extreme" sports guy in it or winning it also?

I would think a DB or someone like that would win because of their strength combined with the fact that they also have the body type for the speed events also.
I wonder how Brian Urlacher would do.

My guess is that Barry Bonds, Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods may not have a shot.

Bloom can fly but I hope skiing was not a part of it. A few black guys might be at a disadvantage there.

If we're talking all-around athlete, I might be tempted to put a few bucks on DRay's outfielder Carl Crawford.
