The DUKE DYNASTY outshines the Yankees by far!

Over the past 25 years that is...The main reason, Duke can`t go out and buy players at midseason, and they can`t buy all the top players each offseason...

Coach K blows away what Joe Torre has done, not knocking Torre but 10 Final Four`s since 1986 is remarkable, and its all done with new players every couple years...That really is the mark of a great coach winning with different personel, like Joe Gibbs did in Washington and then in NASCAR....

Could Torre have won without midseason spending every time he needed it...Not just fringe players either, we`re talking other teams aces and #3 hitter`s..

For the record, I hate Duke, but I know greatness when I see it, its the guy with the artificial hips and the rat faced scowl, Coach K baby!

You are ridiculous. Baseball is the longest season in any professional sport & then they have an exciting post season where you have to be good & lucky to win. The best team on paper hasn't always won the title especially in baseball so your theory holds no water.

Lets also be realistic, Duke gets some of the best players in the country year in & year out, so don't cry about the Yankees getting players in midseason.

Playing 162 games and winning 7 GAME SERIES are much easier than one and done! Duke`s 10 final fours in 18 years is more impressive...Coach K is in a league of his own in college...Any MANAGER WITH HALF A CLUE COULD MANAGE THE YANKEES, GET REAL!

No Coach K gets his players to go there to play hard andlearn the Duke system and succeed in life! The Yankees are bought and Torre just sits there and collects the wins with players George buys! No comparison! Coach K IS DA MAN!!

I`m not up for a knockdown drag out fight with you tonight bro lol... I`m starting to sound more like Sparky Anderson with some of my opinions...I feel strongly that Joe Torre is highly overrated as a manager though...Torre is nothing special as manager, what has he done, he should have won all these titles , jesus how could he not win 100 ballgames with his players? Anyone could win with the Yankees lineup...

What Jack McKeon did last year was 10x`s as impressive! What Joe Gibbs did in BOTH sports is more impressive, 3 different QB`s and Bobby Labonte, thats 4 titles!!! That is greatness.

I knew it would be coming, but the Bulls haven`t done it for 20 years...Without MJ the Bulls are nothing, they had an 8 yr run, Duke and Coack K have been doing this routinely for 20 years now...

Would have to agree that Coach K would be considered a better basketball coach than Torre would be considered a baseball manager.

Get seriuous, Duke has won 3 times in it's history. 1991,92, and 2002. What dynasty? Last I looked a dynasty was a team that won the championship multiple times. Examples, UCLA of the 60's and 70's, The Celtics of the 50's and 60's, The Canadiens, and Yankees over the last 70 years, and the Bulls of the 90's along with a few others.

Absolutely my point! How can anyone compare a pro team BOUGHT FOR to a Duke team that is supposedly not to have any money exchanged but hey you never know! Compare the Yankees to another Sports team not a college team! Duke basketball rules and Coach K is god in college basketball in my oponion!
