Mandalay is great for poker if you play lower limits (4-8) on the weekends. Just make sure your seat faces out towards the walkway and you will see some incredible scenery while playing an extremely live game! I used to stop in there on early Saturday nights for a few hours before meeting friends for drinks. It was one of those games where strategy was virtually worthless, just play good cards and show them down, so concentration wasn't that important. In between playable hands just watch the crowd walking by...
