One of the ways that offshore sports books obtain customers is by way of "referral" or by the use of "agents."

There is a HUGE difference between the two situations...

When someone REFERS a gambler but doesn't ask for compensation (such as a % of net losses), the referring party is in NO WAY responsible for what transpires later...

However, if the referring individual acts as an AGENT and benefits monetarily from the transaction, then 99% of the time, he or she GUARANTEES the money in exchange for compensation. In this case, the agent is RESPONSIBLE to pay out if the gambler ends up STIFFING the sports book.

In the case of Patty M, I REFERRED him to DAVE without asking for anything back in return...

Just think about how scarey it would be if gamblers who were acting in good faith by referring others to sports books but asking for nothing in return, had to cover their referrals' losses?

Who in their right mind would want to take that chance for absolutely nothing to gain and all to lose???

In conclusion, I am NOT responsible to make good to Dave as this is the "industry standard."

Had I acted as an agent, I'd have had to make considerable restitution for Dave's losses due to Patty stiffing him...

If you have any more questions, I'd be happy to answer them for you as your posting priviledges have been restored...

It's a start.

It's easy, he made the bets, now it's time to be a man....and pay them back.

How hard is it, he has no platform to stand on....

Peep,

Not only did you try to warn me, but Uncle B, RPM, Angellle, our techies, and others shared the same sentiment...

The one thing I just never knew he'd do is not honor his gambling debts...

No need to beat a dead horse any longer either...

Time for more important issues, and good luck with your website...

I appreciate the ALL of the free publicity we get over there...

Time to reciprocate...

Pssst.

Stay away from little boys, ok?
