Which sports books have the best phone clerks?

I am surprised we don't discuss this important topic enough because when I make a bet, I want to hear the line and get off the phone as quickly as possible...

Given that, the sports books who I believe have the best clerks are none other than CRIS, JAZZ, and RIO...

Granted 90% or more of my wagers are placed online, but I can't recall a bad situation with any clerk at any book. I may have forgotten though.

Had a bad experience with Intertops once. During football season man was just rude.I was trying to take out $1800, he took forever and was acting like he was doing me a favor. Bet this book small since because of that one experience. I have had nothing but positve experiences with them since that withdrawal but my bets are miniscule there. I use Olympic Carib and Pinnacle first rate all of them.

Grande -- best clerks bar none

Cris - great shotp, clerks used to be top notch, still good but have slipped a little -- i think they have brought some of their 2nd tier clerks over to the wiseguy side, but still good overall

Cascade - used to have the rudest clerks of any shop -- they have improved a lot, they are much better IMO

WWTS - very professional clerks, but kings of the stall -- i thought "mac" would clean this up, but it's been the same so far -- no need to put the player on hold and ask "is that line still good" each time a player asks for a line - makes for an exhausting phone call

Jazz - great shop, but poor clerks -- they might be "bi-lingual" but they don't have the same command of the english language as other books' clerks

Rio - good clerks

Hollywood - good clerks

olympic - they used to have terrible clerks, but have since made a big improvement -- much more professional IMO

Canbet is heads and shoulders above the rest in my opinion. BCBets and Sirbet are up there, as is CRIS. I agree with General for the most part that most books have very competent clerks. Olympic and BoDog are lacking in my opinion. Given the size of their operation, they could be better. ASAP is near the bottom of the books I've talked to in the past year but then again they are new so they are pretty disorganized.

CRIS & GRANDE by Far & Away. Very Prompt, Friendly service. Easily Understandable. They are aptient with you as well. I guess you could say that, in turn, is very reflective of those Two Books in general.
