Beer- Yes, weekly/daily since pre-teen years. Only in moderation now.

Liquor- Once a year

Pot- 10-15 times lifetime...none for 20 years.

Mushrooms- Twice (highly recommend)...20 years ago.

Speed- Twice (dont recommend)...20 years ago.

Caffiene- Far below average for the normal American.

RX drugs- Only 3-4 times lifetime.

Fish-

There have been studies that support your view on beer. My guess is that beer/wine in moderation is probably OK.

On average over the course of a year I probably have 3-4 drinks (wine/beer) a week. But there are weeks where I have one and others where I have 15-30 (Vegas trips).

Fishhead was the Pot, mushrooms, speed and acid all on the same day 20 years ago. LOL
