By going to http://www.covers.com, you can determine your answer fairly quickly.
Just select any Sport and then use the STANDINGS link for that sport and you'll get ATS records for the past several years.
A quick check of CFB shows that over past three seasons, Boise is indeed a nice 26-12 ATS. SoFlo was technically 8-3 during 2001-2, but that was due to Vegas (likely, Stardust) not having actual lines for about another half dozen games in 2001 that they covered easily versus posted offshore lines. Last year, the Bulls receded to 4-5.
