The funny thing is that he scored 39 points in a game that he was still able to fix. Notice how he says how unbelievably easy it is to fix a game and control the spread.

the FX movie "Big Shot" was classic seeing their version of it. Just think if something this big had happened where all the bets had been placed offshore. Vegas really couldn't keep this one on the radar could they where red flags get raised? Too bad the internet wasn't around then rather than everyone and their moms having to load up at all the casinos in person. and it was that last Washington game of regular season that did them in. if they had just passed, it would have never gone down this way

I suppose fixing is usually in favor of dogs. Could this be why the dogs have been doing so well in March these last few years!?

i referee some games at some place in the so cal area - and the guy in charge of the league was ON this team. he wasn't part of the scandal - but the whole thing gave him such a bad taste he doesn't really watch college hoops with the possible exception of the F4. just from talking about it you can see and hear the pain in his voice.
