What costs a book more? The money transfers or the bonuses?

I have been hearing of charges in the order of 8% on Neteller deposits. The costs of Western Union transfers being absorbed; usually in the order of 5%. Credit cards may not even have the highest charge, but still some 2-3%. And a bonus may be a one time thing. The costs of a transfer repeat!

Also, bear in mind that rollover requirements make bonuses a myth for many players, if not most of them.

Pinnacle offers a nice 10% bonus on deposits but requires a 3x rollover of the entire deposit before that bonus can be claimed. How many players will ever make it to see that money? On a $ 1,000.00 deposit, wagering one unit per at 1% per unit you're talking about 300 bets of $ 10.50 - $ 10.80 each, which an average capper will translate into a loss anyway -- all the bonus does is allow a player to hit only 50% (assuming an average -106 line) and still break even instead of losing $ 90.00

I don't think bonuses cost books anything in the long run. A bonus is a pleasant fiction that plays to the sucker in each of us.

I lean to bonuses costing more. It's not that hard to rollover 3-5X. If you lose there are no repeated costs of transfers. If you win both exist ! What does say, a Neteller deposit cost a book ?

I say not much as they get volume discounts. I earn a lot of money on bonuses, and use 12 shops currently. I'm always crapping out at one, or more, but winning at others. When I re-up, I get free money, or free stuff (read Skybook )

I say bonuses cost more, unless the people you give them to are very poor gamblers.
