Just trying to get everything settled with them then never use them again. Has anyone else had trouble with them? thanks for any responses

I was in the middle of a dispute when they removed all refernces from their website of the phone number and disconnected their 1-800 number.

I did have a Canada number and have posted it here in the past. Do a search and you should find it. Good luck with these bozos. They are - BAR NONE - the worst I have dealth with. They basically stole $2k from my bank flat out. I have NOTHING good to say about them.

My one and only experience with Firepay told me that there really is a place called the "Twilight Zone".
Unbelievable would be too mild a word to describe it.

thanks guy. Thanks Bromox for the number. This place is unbelievable. Will never use it again. Just want to get this thing settled and close my account, horrible way to do business. I like how they have several of my offshore books frozen, even ones that had nothing to do with the deposit in question.

i cannot belive the place they said that in 10 days my account will be unfroze , and that was on the 13th. Well it is the 15th and still frozen. not only if the firepay account froze but my offshore that i deposited via firepay. anytime i send eamil they take over a day to respond and when they do it is a form letter. I called twice today and got the run around. Total lack of customer service. This place is unreal.

I have a problem with them as well.

Normally when you create an account with them they need to verify your checking account before you can use FirePay account. They did verify it with a small deposit to my checking account. After that I used FirePay to deposit my TheGreek.com and in about 2 days later I get an email from FirePay saying that my account was suspended due to an error:

"RO3: Account not able to locate/No Account".

Obviously they charged me a $25 fee and now want me to send a moneyorder of the payment to them in the total of (the original transaction made to TheGreek.com + the fee to transfer of $3.99 + the penalty for a failed transaction of $25.)

I started fighting with FirePay represenatives and we figured out that my checking account number was wrong when there was a transaction from from my checking account to Firepay at the time when I was depositing money to my TheGreek.com account. I did have enough funds on my checing account, my checking was active and I talked to the bank and they said that nothing was denied nor do they block any websites such as FirePay.com. Adding to that, the bank said that there is no way that FirePay could have deposited that small amount to verify the account with the wrong checking account #.

That makes me to believe that there was an error on FirePay's end after I created and verified an account. Or maybe they are doing it on purpose to make more money. In any case, they do not want to hear anything about it and just keep on replying with automated reposnes to my questions. All the reponses do not answer my question. They are claiming that if I do not send them a moneyorder I will be sent to collection.

I guess its the best way to resolve this issue is via Collection Agency. I don't want to send a Moneyorder because it can be lost or they can make another scheme and say that they did not recieve it but yet will cash it out. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions of how to resolve this issue. Thank.
