Would this be fair, if Terrell Owens is ruled a free agent?

How can the NFL allow Owens to be a free agent? Afterall, the events that have taken place in the past two weeks have alterd the Ravens future...The Ravens were hot on the trail of other free agent WR`s who have now been signed, and have also let their top wideout Marcus Robinson go to Minnesota....

So IF the NFL allows T.O.to become FREE, the Baltimore Ravens will be unfairly penalized, and the NFL will have no way of compensating them...I can`t see how they can do that, but either way the Ravens are screwed now with this guy....And to everyone here who called this trade (being a bad move for Baltimore) YOU WERE RIGHT!

Can anyone see the NFL ruling in favor of this chump?

If I were a player in Baltimore, I sure would not want him if he didnt want to be there.

You do see my point though, the Ravens will be screwed either way now....

Also the Ravens are trying to make a trade for the other headcase wideout, Boston lol...

No one here wants him now...

I am trying to make the point that the NFL is really dropped the ball even allowing this hearing...Two weeks has changed everything ..
Even if Baltimore is given back it number 2 pick , they still are penalized...

the ravens have had players hold out in the past. most notably peter boulware. in the long run, if t.o. does come to baltimore it wont hurt his popularity here. ESPECIALLY once he starts scoring touchdowns!~

I TOTALLY agree...But thats a huge IF...I see this guy complaining until we end up having to trade him away..Everyday he says something stupid...Latest was he didn`t trust Ozzie lol...This guy is much worse than I thought, I use to think all he wanted was attention, with his antics..He`s just a miserable nutsack who needs a reality check!

Well, I didn`t expect this... It wasn`t anyone else`s fault but his he didn`t file in time...not to mention he is under a contract that HE signed...

I don`t blame him for trying this, this is his last chance at big money (bonus) he is just an idiot though....even if he loses and is forced to report, I don`t see him letting it go...

if the ravens are smart, they will give him a better contract.

if he wins tommorow, doesnt baltimore get their pick back? if so, the only penalty is lost time. i think T.O's arguement is that they did in fact have the paper work in on time, and if they can prove that somehow then i think you will see the trade voided and T.O. becomes a FA and is free to do as he chooses.

one thing i have learned from this is that agents and front office people are NOT the brain childs they are made out to be.
