Sports News Feeds?

I've been tinkering around with an RSS feeder that returns headlines and info from over 5,000 sites, including most major sports sites. Would you guys be interested in me starting and maintaining sports news threads, and if so where should they go?

Just figured I might put my obsessive blogging and post-whoring to good use.

Phaedrus,

I think you should place these topics in the rooms where they fit and then post borderline material in offshore. Use the rooms that we have for topics that pertain to them.

I understand General; bear in mind we're only talking sports news and not financial, T&A, politics, space, and any of the other assorted inanity in which I usually indulge. When I say "one thread each" above I mean a thread in the bases forum, "MLB Headlines for [date]" with theheadlines for MLB -- however many there are -- all listed.

This morning when I check the feeder it said there were 4,483 new sports stories. Didn't realise that it was going to scoop up everything in every language on the frickin planet.

Who knew there were over 4,000 sports stories on a Tuesday after the SuperBowl?

This thing's actually pretty cool. I may just set up a site and link it here.

I've been working like a dog. Gots lotsa work to do, before I can jump on a steel horse and ride wildly like you. Then again, I still haven't hit my 30s... there's still hope.
