a lot of cool hand jim's stuff still seems the funniest to me. his posts were so funny i put on him on email notification just to read his stuff. (i also frequented the RX much less at the time) he is the only poster ive ever done that for and probably will stay that way.
will there ever be another poster as nice? will he return to us like the resurection of christ?

Any post by beantownjim that does not take a full swing at jews, nubians, nigerians, boneheads, russians, cascade or some other worthwhile target is not going to be funny.
It is, in my opinion, a shame that folks cannot laugh at something that is funny unless they run it through the "political correctness police" and make sure they are not offending someone who could undoubtedly give a rat's ass less.
beantownjim rocks and almost all of his material is hilarious. Those who are offended are hereby requested to post here the links they use for their "oh so by the book" humour.

Cannot remark about every remark made by every poster. Perhaps you are better equipped to make those judgements for the rest of us.
There have been times when I have thought that posts by beaantownjim (and way many others) have been tasteless and not humorous. Those I have either ignored or posted my thoughts.
This situation, to my perspective, is akin to Nero fiddling while Rome was burning. Perhaps there is a greater undertaking worthy of consideration.
Of course, if we look for an offensive post or two from all of us, eventually there will be none of us.

Vin - Rest assured I am not any better equipped than you, or anyone else to make any judgements. I am simply stating that some of the stuff you find so comical, others might somehow find offensive. Perhaps you have a sense of humor that is keener than mine. As far as Rome burning goes, well whatever. Her ya go, knock yourself out.
