I opened a firepay account over 2 months ago and up to a week ago have had no problems. Last week I w/d 100 from my checking account into firepay to put into olympic ( i am a small player during basket and just play 5-10 a game for fun). I was transferring funds from my savings to checking and was a little tardy in it and there was not enough funds to cover the firepay deposit. Ok my fault thats my screw up I understand that my firepay account will be froze until they redo the 100 withdrawal from my checking which has happened according to my bank account two days ago. The problem that I have is that they froze my bet365 acount which I deposited with firepay 2 months ago when i first got firepay. I do not like the fact that they are freezing that account which has nothing to do with the deposit in question. I do not like the fact that they have the power to freeze an account. Repeated emails get answered with automatic replies of bs . They have the money that i deposited I think they should not freeze my bet365 account. I will never use firepay again. If i am wrong in this situation I apologize but I want my bet365 account unfrozen so i can bet on the weekend games. Do they have the right to freeze my account? thanks in advance for any advise/help given,

FirePay Sux

I got a "better" story to tell about how bad FirePay.com is.

Normally when you create an account with them they need to verify your checking account before you can use FirePay account. They did verify it with a small deposit to my checking account. After that I used FirePay to deposit my TheGreek.com and in about 2 days later I get an email from FirePay saying that my account was suspended due to an error:

"RO3: Account not able to locate/No Account".

Obviously they charged me a $25 fee and now want me to send a moneyorder of the payment to them in the total of (the original transaction made to TheGreek.com + the fee to transfer of $3.99 + the penalty for a failed transaction of $25.)

I started fighting with FirePay represenatives and we figured out that my checking account number was wrong when there was a transaction from from my checking account to Firepay at the time when I was depositing money to my TheGreek.com account. I did have enough funds on my checing account, my checking was active and I talked to the bank and they said that nothing was denied nor do they block any websites such as FirePay.com. Adding to that, the bank said that there is no way that FirePay could have deposited that small amount to verify the account with the wrong checking account #.

That makes me to believe that there was an error on FirePay's end after I created and verified an account. Or maybe they are doing it on purpose to make more money. In any case, they do not want to hear anything about it and just keep on replying with automated reposnes to my questions. All the reponses do not answer my question. They are claiming that if I do not send them a moneyorder I will be sent to collection.

I guess its the best way to resolve this issue is via Collection Agency. I don't want to send a Moneyorder because it can be lost or they can make another scheme and say that they did not recieve it but yet will cash it out. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions of how to resolve this issue. Thank.

When it comes to bouncing a check, Firepay is the worst. They tell everyone you every have had a Firepay deposit with that fraud has been committed. I had this happen once with CRIS even though I hadn't deposited there with Firepay in almost a year. I found this out way after the problem had been corrected. They never bother to email the companies back that the problem was corrected, only that there was fraud being committed. I'll never use them again.
