you can often find an off line

Overall, a good book. They have changed their weekly free withdrawal policy though. Apparently, if you make a deposit, you are not entitled to a free withdrawal until 7 days has past, even if you leave the deposit amount in the book.

My ONLY complaint is their software runs slow on my computor.

Other than that, no complaints.

Lot's of these Casino's are monitered By Price waterhouse Cooper...

I have used InterCasino for over 2 years & with their Monthly match Bonus I have made money in their Casino 10 out of every 12 months playing BJ basic strategy. (The times that I lose is usually due to lack of discipline)

I do not beleive their casino is rigged, I have played 1000's of hands over there....

Are you certain about this. I work for another big 4 accounting firm and we are expressly forbidden to do any work for any offshore betting operation. I would find it very difficult to believe that PWC does not have a similar risk control forbidding this type of activity given the recent focus on our industry. Since betting remains technicallt illegal in the US, I highly doubt (but could be wrong) that any major US accounting firm would take on this type of liability to their reputation.
