I think the Irish CAB (Criminal Assets Bureau) might be the crowd for this one!

However, the Irish Government will want to extract 2% betting tax from them first, followed by income taxes, Corporation tax, and then see how much is left for the customers.

Personally speaking, I think Ireland would be a brilliant centre for betting, if the right regulatory environment was in place and if the Finance Minister abolished the 2% betting tax. He could steal a march on the UK if he cut the g**** profit tax paid to 10% vs the UK 15%.

And it is also a well known fact that the Irish Finance Minister (Charlie Mc Creevy), is not adverse to gambling either

about 10 years of ripping off bettors, thrown out of jamaica(not one bettor got paid), tried to prosecute them in louisiana (not one bettor got paid), DID prosecute them in pennsylvania(not guilty, not one bettor got paid), safe to say turned into federal authorities a few hundred times and NOW the IRISH are going to make them pay????? because a virginia patrolman is on the case??? your practicing for a stand up comedy routine are you not? this is the hardest ive laughed in a long time and thats not easy when you have SF+7.5 for the first half
